MinAnalytical, part of the Perentigroup of companies, is a quality-focused, independent analytical service company providing a range of geochemical and precious metals analysis to the minerals exploration and mining industry. We are now seeking to engage a Sample Administration Officer to join our close-knit team. Reporting to the Sample Administration Supervisor the primary functional is to provide administration support throughout the sample processing life cycle from quotation and pricing to reporting and invoicing
Areas of Responsibility:
- Job reception and creation
- Data entry of quotation and pricing
- Process customer queries
- Process invoices
- Detailed record keeping and filing
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties
Experience / Skills required:
- Working knowledge & experience with CCLAS would be well regarded
- Relevant and recent experience in a similar site administrative role
- Ability to successfully complete medical
- C class licence
- MS Office knowledge
- Ability to work autonomously
- Must be available for full-time shifts which will be made up of Day, Afternoon and Night
